I have still managed to find ways to wear my summer clothes into fall as also seen in some of my previous posts here and here. And given the fact that summer only lasts a couple months here and the weird weather we have been having lately (crazy windstorm one day, sunny the next day). I will find any way that I can to hold onto summer (call me summer craz-ey but I love it!) while still looking like I am dressed for the fall season. In fact, this dress is another perfect example of something that can be worn in the spring/summer or fall even winter given the right colors/items that it is styled with. What to Wear for a Fall Date Night

As you may notice from my previous post, where I talked about how to wear summer clothes into fall, I am still trying get away with wearing as much summer clothes as I can. I think this outfit is a perfect look for a date night, whether it is a romantic dinner or a simple art gallery visit and a stroll...this floral print dress is pretty yet romantic especially with the lace bralet showing a bit. Even though I am still aiming towards a minimalist vibe, I feel the pink is a hint of color but not too overpowering. Another thing that I love about this dress making it a little more casual is the high to low hem and the loose flow of the dress. All-in-all a winner in my books!

Vancouver Fashion Week F/W 2014: Opening Gala

Well it's my favorite time of year again, fashion week! I had the pleasure of attending Vancouver Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2014 Opening gala last week for a preview of some of the designs by the designers for the upcoming shows for the week.

Trial & Error

Finding different ways to re-wear summer items in the fall/winter especially different patterns can be tricky at times. I think it's all a matter of trial and error! Sometimes patterns, colors, etc. work together and sometimes they don't...you won't know though until you try!

Baby It's Chilly Out

It's been pretty chilly in Vancouver lately...so I've been bundling up with lots of layers! I love going for walks, the smell of the fresh air and of course, having a little fun with leaves! ;) What is your favorite thing to do outside during the fall/winter?
